Bundle up, vibe out, and come get cozy in the woods with us for a special holiday edition of High Yoga Hike. We’re taking our slow-flow movement practice out onto the trails, mixing mindful breathwork with a mellow, scenic hike through Tilles Park.
And since it’s the season… we’re ending our adventure with a full walk-through of Winter Wonderland, Tilles Park’s gorgeous holiday lights experience. Think twinkly paths, big festive energy, and a chance to wander with the crew under all that sparkly magic.
